Dom Hammond and Chef Dre bring the Filipino favourites people know them for, from sharp kinilaw to smoky, late-night bites made for eating with your hands and ordering one more drink.
Chef Cristian comes in from the other side, with his Chilean roots and Latin American instinct for acid, char, heat, and balance.
